Over het album

Klaus Koenig, pianist and composer, leader of the ‘Jazz Live Trio’, known due to performances during 15 years at Radio Zurich (from 1969 thru 1984) is presenting his new quintet with this CD. The front-line with Dani Schenker, tp and Christoph Merki, as count among the best Jazzmusicians in Switzerland these days. The same goes for the bassist Patrick Sommer and drummer Andi Wettstein, all 5 forming a tight working band.
 
On April 16th, Seven Tings’ will be performing at the Zurich Jazz club Moods And present their new CD ‘Piazza Rotonda’ at this event.
